About me

I have been a resident of District 2 since 2009, married I am the proud father of two young children. I was a member of the Beaconsfield Elementary School Governing Board (2019-2021). I am bilingual. Since November 2021, I am a city councillor in district 2 of the City of Beaconsfield.
My municipal experience
I am a lawyer specializing in municipal law and a municipal ethics and professional conduct advisor recognized by the Commission municipale du Québec. I was the City of Montreal’s attorney at the Charbonneau Commission. I have been the Director of Legal Services and City Clerk for the City of Westmount (2015-2019). I was also, until recently, a trainer mandated by the Union des municipalités du Québec to provide ethics training to municipal elected officials.
